Read the script. owen: so, i guess i have hockey practice tonight. dad: yes. i bet you’re looking forward to getting back out on the ice with your friends. coach locke will probably intensify your workout this week. owen: probably. i wonder what time practice will wrap up. dad: the usual time, i suppose. why? owen: i’m not done with my geometry homework, and i have quiz in world history tomorrow. i’m worried i can’t manage everything. how does the dialogue reveal the conflict? owen’s dad does not approve of owen’s hockey schedule. owen’s dad is unable to with owen’s geometry homework. owen reveals his concern about his time commitments. owen expresses a lack of interest in his hockey tea
