Looking at a cell phone all day isn't good for you and can have negative effects on you. These effects include being tired, laziness and loss of energy. Social media also has negative effects, but it can also have good qualities as well. Cyber bullying is one of the main issues with social media. Kids and adults also use social media to compare themselves to others, which can become unhealthy. Another effect cell phones have is that they take up too much of our time whilst making kids less active.
