What are some of the problems the pigs have to face in organizing the other farm animals? (this is from a book called animal farm)

Some of the main issues on the novel that the pigs have to deal with:

1) Organizing the work in the farm and giving roles:  creating  a sense of community, of belonging, to later convince them of the idea of rebelling against "Mr. Jones". In this first part, they resolve to use propaganda and rhetoric, speech that eventually mobilize the animals and result in the taking over and seizure of power by the pigs

2) Eventually, the work of the farm is carried without humans, for the animals by the animals. At first seems that the farm will be ok with the new system of rationalizing the food for every animal. Unfortunately, as we can notice towards the end of the story. There is a lack of enough food and some animals are poorly fed. While the pigs are the dominant class, they experience almost no shortages and they continue to have as well luxury in drinks and other forms of privileges no other animals can afford.

3) There is a procedure for every choice to be taken by the pigs, an allegory for a political party, and the unsustainability of keeping the system to continue working. We can see clearly where they have to include a lot of restrictions and rules introducing some inconsistencies. For example: (All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others). The pigs were the only animals enabled to take the decision for the rest of the animals. When another animal had some different points of view, they didn't hesitate to use some ways to silence the contesting opinions.
