County Board of Supervisors in the year 2008; this county ordinance forbade taco-vending trucks to remained parked in the same spot for longer than one hour; the penalty to be paid for breaking the ordinance was a one-thousand dollar fine plus a six-month imprisonment. The court did not pass this ordinance, and therefore tacos continued tobe sold from trucks.
