Public property: this term describes the goods or lands used by the common population of any state or country. Public properties, across the world, are owned by the government of that country/state. They are named so to define the nature of their utilization but this does not give any authority to the people making the use of these things. The legal owner-  the government- can take actions and make alterations within these domains, no one else.

Some examples of Public Properties are government schools, streets, traffic poles, etc.
