How should information in resume bullets be written

Hiring managers skim your resume bullets, so you want to have the most important information first.Bullet points after each job allow you to state exactly what you achieved/performed at the job in a manner that draws attention.

Your bullet points should be written like so:

its hard for me to see which word is supposed to be in bold. if i knew then i would be able to better.
