Confidence/Knowledge:
A leader needs to know what they're doing, and have confidence they're doing it right. They need to work with their employees, and know who they're dealing with. Being confident and knowing your co-workers, your job, and the roles of other people is a good quality to have as a boss.

Determination:
A leader also needs to have determination. They need to have ambition, and want to get it done. This is a good leadership quality, but being run by ambition and determination is also not the best thing. They need to me determined, but not to the point where they can't get along with anyone or work with anyone. There needs to be a good balance.

Leadership:
This is another good quality. When the right ambition and determination comes in, a boss can lead his or her company in the right direction. They can be unstoppable and do whatever they set their minds to. They need to lead their people, but also listen to their people.

Creativity:
Companies succeed with creativity. They need ideas and inspiration. Standing outside of the crowd and being a leader instead of a follower. That's a good leadership quality.
