The transportation design manual tells you that the allowable spread for a two lane road at 45 miles/hr is 6 feet. The calculated flow rate is 5 cfs, the Slope of the roadway is 0.005 ft/ft, the road roughness is 0.015. Is the spread acceptable or are more drainage inlets necessary
