three situations that personally make me stressed are being around a lot of people, being pressured into things, and being in romantic relationships with people.

Being around a lot of people makes me anxious/its stressful because I feel like I have no escape.

Being pressured into things makes me feel anxious/depressed/its stressful because I feel like I'm not good enough because I didn't do the thing their asking for.

Being in romantic relationships makes me feel worried, depressed, sleepy, worried/ its stressful because I have trust issues because I've been hurt a lot in the past.

I currently deal with these situations by taking a breath, taking a moment to look from someone's else perspective, and using my coping skills.

I don't usually react the same to all three situations. my coping skills work well for me, because I've learned to calm myself down over time.

Most people close to me think my reacting to stress is rude, because I usually start laughing or making jokes without meaning to.
