What do we call the void or groove left along the edge of the weld bead do to improper welding techniques?
By changing the of the electrode, the arc force can change the weld bead build up.
What is the recommended amperage range for a ⅛” 6010/6011 electrode?
The welder makes what adjustment as they are welding to change the size of weld that they are producing?
Approximately how long does it take to burn a ⅛” 6010 electrode?
The welder uses a higher or lower amperage when welding on thick materials?

If the thermal strain developed in polyimide film during deposition is given as 0.0044. assume room temperature is kept at 17.3 c, and thermal coefficient of expansion for the film and the substrate are 54 x 10^-6c^-1 and 3.3 x 10^-6c^-1respectively. calculate the deposition temperature.
