Design a sequential circuit for a stoplight controller. The stoplight will have four states: the standard green, yellow, and red, and also a flashing red state. The flashing red occurs when there is a power outage and the backup generator outputs an active signal (HIGH). Under normal operation (when the backup generator is not active), a separate timer signal outputs HIGH when it is time to change to the next light in the sequence. If leaving the flashing red state (when generator signal drops LOW), then the light should return to green. Note that there is not a signal for emergency vehicles.(a) Draw the State Diagram. Make it clear what each state name means. Follow a straight binary count with the state codes. (b) Draw the Transition Table. Use J-K Flip-Flops for this design.(c) Make the Next-State Table.(d) Derive the Boolean equations. Remember one equation for each flip-flop input and for each output.

Refrigerant-134a enters the compressor of a refrigerator as superheated vapor at 0.14 mpa and -10°c at a rate of 0.05 ka/s and leaves at 0.8 mpa and 50°c. the refrigerant is cooied in the condenser to 0.72 mpa and 26'c. it is then throttled to 0.15 mpa. sketch the t-s diagram for the system and evaluate: 6) the rate of heat removai from the refrigerated space (kw), it) the power input to the compressor (kw), ii) the isentropic efficiency of the compressor (%), and iv) the cop of the refrigerator.
