Flywheel A has a weight of 32.2 lb. and has a radius of gyration about its center point of k = 4.2 in. Disc B weighs 48.3 lb. and is coupled to the flywheel by means of a belt which does not slip. Starting from rest at t = 0, the moment applied to the flywheel is M = (50t) lb·ft where t is time in seconds.  Determine the mass moment of inertia of flywheel A.  Determine the mass moment of inertia of disc B.  Determine the time for the flywheel to attain an angular velocity of 54 rad/s.
