A fluid is heated by flowing inside a 60-mm-diameter and 30-m-long circular tube with a flow rate of 0.6 kg/s. The surface temperature of the tube is maintained at 160℃. Evaluating the average fluid properties to be µ = 0.031 kg/m ∙ s, Pr=480, k = 0.125 W/m ∙ K, cp = 2131 /kg ∙ K. If the fluid enters at 25℃, 1) What is the outlet temperature? 2) What is the total heat transfer rate for the tube?
