The next thing to check for is the inertia switch which takes place in the trunk of a car. Make sure that the red button is pressed all the way down. Pop it back up and push it all the way back down to restart it.. This which is designed to cut the power to the fuel pump in case of an accident. Sometimes it gets jammed if it hit a large pot hole etc.
