Two technicians were discussing how comparing the temperature of a high-pressure line to that of a low-pressure line would evaluate an a/c system when the system does not have a sight glass. technician a says that the high-pressure line will feel warmer than the low-pressure line if the system is operating normally. technician b says that both lines should feel cold after the system has been run for a while if the system is working normally. who is right
