Aparticle of mass 1kg rests on the surface of a rough plane inclined at an angle 30° to the horizontal. it is connected by a light inelastic string passing over a smooth pulley at the top of the plane to a particle of mass 5kg which is hanging freely. the coefficient of friction between the 1kg mass and the plane is %. the system is released from rest when the 5kg mass is at the height of 2m above the ground. in subsequent motion the 5kg mass hits the ground and does not rebound. before the 5kg mass hits the ground find the acceleration of the system when it is released from rest calculate the tension in the string. find also the force exerted by the string on the pulley. when the 5kg mass hits the ground determine the velocity of the two particles. after the 5kg mass hits the ground; the greatest distance travelled by the lkg mass if the pulley is of such height that the lkg mass never reaches the pulley.
