An orificemeter has a diameter of 75 mm at the entrance and 35 mm diameter orifice. the pressure difference between the pressure tapping points is 35 kn/m2. the flow rate of water through the meter is obtained by measuring the times required to collect a certain quantity of water in a tank and such measurements gave an average quantity of 580 litres of water collected in 2 min. determine the coefficient of discharge of the meter.
