How did investing in his human capital anthony when the construction business went through a down time

Anthony grew up in an urban community and spent many hours learning the art of construction. His dad owned a construction company and thus, he got an opportunity to work for him and could work full time building houses when he was not in school. Anthony went to college and pursued a degree in business management. This degree would later come in handy when the construction boom went through a downtime.

During his time in college, he played basketball and this taught him discipline, teamwork, and patience. He also increased his presentation skills by giving campus tours to incoming freshmen. By investing in all the above mentioned human capital; from the degree to his experience in commercial building construction, this helped him earn another job as a sales rep for a commercial building supplier.
