PLEASE HELP!!! RBG Controlled by IR Remote

Task Criteria:
Program the IR Receiver with the RGB LED so when you press buttons “1” to turn on red, “2” to turn on green, “3” to turn on blue.
Do the opposite for buttons “4”, “5”, and “6” sp when you press them, they turn off a certain color.
Combine the primary colors to make secondary colors with buttons “7”, “8”,and “9”.
Program “0” to turn on red, green, and blue to make white.
Make the “PLAY/PAUSE” button to go through the RGB fade.
