Write the function removeOdds() which removes all odd numbers from a partially-filled array. A number is odd if its remainder is 1 when divided by 2. The function returns the number of items removed or -1 if the array was originally empty. The function takes two arguments: the array of int which may be modified. the effective size of the array (size_t) which will be modified if any elements have been removed. Here is an example: int a[25]
