Write a program named "countones. asm" using RARS that takes a 32 bit word (integer) from the user and counts the number of bits set to 1. The program stores the value read from the user to memory at location 0x10010000 and the result is stored to location 0x10010004. For example, if the word entered is 1744891970, then 0x6800f042 is stored in memory at location 0x10010000 and the result stored in memory location 0x10010004 is 9. Do not use a prompt, just read the value.
