PYTHON, HELP ME !!!.Make a program to manipulate matrices that stores 3 matrices A, B and C, and provide the following options to the user, using functions to implement each option except “Exit program”. For options (1) and (2), the user must inform the matrix will be filled and the matrix values, for options (3) to (5), the user must choose which matrices are the operands and which is an array with the result. How options should always be shown to the user (as below) until he exits the program choice.
(1) Fill matrix from keyboard
(2) Fill matrix with random values
(3) Add
(4) Subtract
(5) Multiply
a) The matrices must be displayed with three decimal places.
b) If the dimensions of the matrices are incompatible for the operations, the program
should show an error message.
