on his/her income. Calculate the tax using this table:
Income Tax rates
Tax rate Taxable income
Personal Allowance 0% 0 to £11,850
Basic rate 20% £11,850 to £46,350
Higher rate 40% £46,350 to £150,000
Additional rate 45% Over £150,000
The procedure should show

ii) The tax rate,
iii) The amount of tax
iv) The amount left after tax and
