+ Tô nền cho slide đầu tiên bởi chất liệu “Texture Fill”, tô nền cho những slide còn lại bởi chất liệu “Gradient Fill”.

+ Chèn vào ảnh “Logo” cho mọi slide.

+ Đưa lên các slide thông tin về ngày tháng (được cập nhật tự động), số thứ tự slide và tiêu đề cuối slide (Tên người soạn thảo slide)

3. Áp đặt hiệu ứng Transition là “Switch” với các slide số lẻ, là “Cube” với các slide số chẵn.

4. Áp đặt hiệu ứng Animation đối với các thành phần trên các slide một cách hợp lý và theo quy tắc:

+ Trước khi thuyết trình trên đối tượng nào đó của slide thì đối tượng này chưa hiện diện trên slide, khi bắt đầu thuyết trình trên đối tượng đó thì nó mới xuất hiện trên slide.

+ Khi thuyết trình xong mục cuối cùng của slide hiện thời và “chuyển slide” để thuyết trình với mục đầu tiên của slide kế tiếp thì mục này sẽ tự động xuất hiện.

+ Sử dụng Slide Master để áp đặt hiệu ứng Animation 1 cách nhất quán lên các thành phần của các slide có kiểu bố cục là “Title and Contents”. Cụ thể:

- Với phần Title, áp đặt 2 hiệu ứng: “Bounce” (Entrance) và “Teeter” (Emphasis) được “gộp” lại.

- Với phần Contents, áp đặt hiệu ứng “Float In” (Entrance) với Effect Options là “Float Down”

5. Tạo các Siêu Liên Kết để sử dụng trong thuyết trình 1 cách hợp lý.
