In this problem, you will write a function to help an engineer process data collected from a rocket motor test. His data includes 3 arrays of doubles, which will be your functions inputs: a. The amount of fuel injected in kilograms
b. The burn time in seconds
c. The amount of work done in Joules
The engineer wants to know which setup produced the best ratio of power to fuel used. Note that power is the amount of work done over a period of time.
Your function should return three outputs, in the following order:
-A sorted array of the best ratios in descending order
-The corresponding power generated for each ratio.
-The corresponding amount of fuel injected for each ratio.
