Since it is preferred to check any autocorrelation among the variables; one has to remove highly correlated variables to run an SDM (I am using MaxEnt). For my study, I have calculated the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) among the variables (correlation matrix is provided). But as I am new to this, I am finding it hard to interpret the correlation matrix table. Meaning how and on what basis, I am going to remove the variables?
