Write a program that generates, and prints to the screen, a certain number of random numbers between and including 1 to 10. The program should have one input that will be the number of random numbers that should be printed to the screen . All numbers should be printed on their own line with a newline after the last number. To make this work, your program should use a while loop and a random number generator. You must seed the random number generator to 12. Don't forget to declare any other variables you might need.
