The very first thing that you should try first is to BOOT INTO SAFE MODE AND TRY REMOVING THE MALWARE. Basically, the purpose of putting your software into safe mode is that, it will allow you to troubleshoot or determine and fix the underlying problem which is a malware. In a safe mode, the software is still allowed to load and this is when you are going to remove the malware. After this, the system will resume to its normal function.
