rehearsing alone will allow you to be more comfortable, concentrate better, and speak more naturally. rehearsing with a friend will you see yourself as others do, think on your feet, and make corrections to constructive criticism.

Disadvantages of rehearsing alone are that nobody can correct your mistakes especially when it comes it intonation, grammar, pronunciations, gestures or the movements of your hand and eye contact. Most important are nobody can suggest what are the things you can improve.

Disadvantages of rehearsing with a friend are you cannot focus because you get shy and conscious when your delivery. You become afraid of hearing a negative feedback and feel nervous.
