100 points! So the cuttly and xtiny links are actually just shortened URLs and links. (So cuttly is actually good if used in the right way. in this case, it isn't so don't click them.) They are used to shorten or even hide the real link, which is why whoever or whatever is posting these links is using cuttly, et cetera. And if you say, "no links" in your question it won't work because it the profiles are most likely bots. No matter how many times deletes answers with links and the profiles it'll just keep coming up because they haven't been able to find the source yet.
