1) Create a database package named ACADEMY_ADMIN that includes the following procedures and function.

a) The private function FIND_TUTION_FEES that takes number of students and
course fees as the input parameters and returns tution fees for the faculty
using the formula given below.
Faculty_Tution_Fees = (No. Of Students X Course Fees) * 0.40
b) The public procedure UPDATE_TUTION_FEES that finds and updates faculty tution
fees for the each online course. The procedure has to find the number of
students enrolled and course fees for the each online courses and pass as the
parameters for the function FIND_TUTION_FEES to calculate faculty tution fees.

c) The public procedure REPORT_CLASS that displays Class ID, Course ID and
number of students enrolled in each class.
d)The public procedure that accepts student id as an input and displays the list of
courses he/she studied in the online academy. The block has to display course
id and course name. Use an explicit cursor with parameter to fetch the data.
