1. Your report must include a cover page with your full-name and student number as well as the
details and the name of the business case study that you have answered.
2. Format of Report
Introduction
Give a brief overview of the business, its goal/mission and its core business functions.
Organization structure
Describe the size of the organization - how many staff will be working in the
organization. Where is it located, are there other franchises etc.
Identify the core business processes and give a brief description of each business
process.
Recommend the hardware and software that you think will be necessary for this business
to perform their daily business transactions. Consider the type of transactions the
business does and make sure that you do not recommend very powerful hardware that
is too costly. Give detailed specifications of the recommended hardware and software.

each of the hardware and software components that you have recommended. Calculate
the total cost of the hardware and software.
