Why is ICT a business trend today?

(b) assuming the cache is direct mapped, what is the hit ratio for the entire memory reference sequence given, assuming the cache is initially empty? (c) assuming the cache is 2-way set associative with a lru replacement policy, what is the hit ratio?

My mom and i are moving and we don’t have wifi for the next week, i want to know if using a using a hotspot with unlimited data is better than using regular wifi. i’m considering cost, speed, and data sacrifices.
