Create number test program that tests all of the functions in number_utils. c. (a) You may choose which inputs to use for testing.
(b) The output for each line should be the function name followed by either PASS or FAIL as follows: pow_(): PASS min(): PASS max(): PASS ispow2(): PASS The output should follow the exact format as above!
(c) To test functions that return 0 or 1, compare the result of the function with the known expected value. For example, if you know an input is a power of 2 then you know the result should be 1.
(d) To test functions that return a computed result, compare the result with the expected value.
