the best answer i can give you is to ask a friend to trade you 25$ for the card and take that on a prepaid card, or where ever you   got it from return it for 25$ and like i said a prepaid card or put it on your bank card if you have one. with currency there is not much to do but if its digital it can always be converted.   hope this .
