My iPhone 6S will not let me download or update any apps, every time I pit my Apple ID password in it wont let me, I reset the password multiple times and i have also reset my phone but nothing seems to work, no one else is on my Apple ID so no one could’ve changed it, can someone help me out please?

if you are the only one on your phone than you could go to settings and try acsessing your acount info in the sacurity
