Step Three Write a main program that will use your PiggyBank class. It will ask the user for the name of a file. The file will begin with an integer indicating the number of PiggyBanks described in the file. Each PiggyBank will be represented by 4 numbers which indicate the number of quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies, respectively.
