Create a 2D array of Strings, here are the requirements for the assignment:

1 - 3 rows and 3 columns.
2 - Add the data to the 2D string array using scan to prompt the user what to put in the 2D array using for loops.
3 - After all the data has been added, print out the entire 2D array row by row using for loops.

Please help i have step one done the array is made but i do not know how to add user input into the array and then print the results using the for loop. Anything helps thank you
