Help me :(

my mouse is stuck on one location on my screen, but im able to move my mouse. when i move my mouse, it teleports from the location on my screen to where it should actually be. i dont know why this is happening, but it happened after i turned on my computer :( i wanted to see if anyone could fix this problem because when i googled my question i didnt get a specific answer :O also sorry if im explaining too much bcuz i like to talk :T
