My game freezes when i’m playing with friends, says it can’t connect to internet, and netflix has been saying it’s having problems.
i’ve set my dns to cloudflare, the last i checked my download speed is maybe 99mbps and my latency was 61 (i've checked it again since then and it's changed but my ping is still low and my download speed might still be above 20.) i've changed the dns, unplugged the modem, etc. and nothing has worked and now i can't even connect to wifi with my xbox. my gold membership is still active. it kicks me from xbox live parties as well. if it i have spectrum as an internet provider which is the best in my area and my nat is open. also it's an xbox one s under 1 year old.

Are all devices connected to the internet experiencing issues? If so, your wifi needs to be fixed/ maintenanced. This type of problem has happened to me as well, but with my computer.

Finally, try a factory reset on your xbox, but keep the games and apps while resetting. If this doesn't work, then do a complete factory reset. After this, check your wifi and internet connection.

If this doesn't work, then I have no clue what else could be done to fix this. I've hardly used consoles, so my information is based on friends who do have these issues. In other words, take this with a grain of salt. Hope the problem is solved.
