Explain the ‘pdca’ for quality assurance.

PDCA is the known as plan-do-check-act is the cyclic technique in which the methods of planning , doing ,checking and acting upon it is carried out in the business management field.This approach is used for achieving solution to any particular problem.

It measures the improvement, updating methods of working and process of the business management. PDCA also eliminates the mistakes and error that reoccur.These factors evaluates about the quality of the business management process and hence quality is assured.
