charged me 24 dollars when i bought plus, it said it was only 2 dollars for a month plan and when i look at my bank account it says i paid 24. how do i get my money back?

it did the same thing to me and i just realized it charged us for a YEAR. $2 for 12 months is $24, which is bs because i’m not even gonna be in SCHOOL in a year. and when i go to my account, it doesn’t even let me change anything or nothing. if somebody knows how to cancel this, pls let me know.
