A business plan is like a road map. It helps run a company with a more conscience and clear vision. A well written business plan acts as a blueprint for running and expanding your business. It answers two questions; how does this business hope to accomplish its goals and how are these goals going to be accomplished? By analyzing plans for marketing, sales, etc., you greatly improve the chances for success.
