Sodium Metal when reacted with water produces Hydrogen gas and NaOH,

                     2 Na (s) + 2 H₂O (l)    →    2 NaOH (aq)  +  H₂ (g)

According to equation,

So,
          0.068 moles of Na will produce  =  X moles of H₂ gas
