Describe the relationships among energy absorption, heat energy, and temperature.

Heat is energy that is transferred from a hot object to a colder object or in other words energy absorbed by a cold object from a hotter object resulting in an increase in temperature. change or gain or loss in heat is recorded in the form of  temperature
