What 2 groups of rocks are formed from all 3 kinds of rocks?

In theory, all 3 can make up each Sedimentary, Metamorphic, and Igneous rocks. 

However, the progression of metamorphosis is really kind of linear, and it is only possible to metamorphose a Metamorphic rock further, so the answer to this question would be:
