Which is not a consequence of hydrogen bonding between water molecules?

Hydrogen bonds are hard to break, so there is a high boiling point and specific heat. The hydrogen bonds have to break before water boils. 
Hydrogen bonds create a crystal lattice structure when water freezes, and that takes up more room, which lowers the desnitsy of ice :)
