Why is having a scientific model of the atom important? 1.the model allows us to predict how atoms will behave in certain situations. 2.the atom is the smallest known particle in the univierse. 3.models are used to prove which scientist is correct in a debate. 4.it is impossible to predict how atoms behave in nature.
