Mixture is homogeneous in case when lemon juice is filtered. But if it is not properly filtered and contains pulp or seed then the resultant mixture would be the heterogeneous.

Mixture are created using two or more chemical substances. If all the substances in the mixture are in the same phase then it would be a homogeneous mixture else if two substances that differ in a phase from the mixture it is a heterogeneous mixture.

For example freshly squeezed lemon juice, water and mixture of a sugar is homogeneous when lemon is properly filtered because all are present in a same phase.
