What advice would give a friend who is acting impulsively and about to get a tattoo

If it isnt professionally done it is likely to get infected which can lead to blood poisoning.   also , the average person who impulsively gets a tattoo will later regret it,  cause ya know its permanent

Advise the friend that the tattoo costs a lot of money and tattoos are a permanent thing. These things do last forever.
